Eshi Otawara's Joy Dress

Did you know Eshi is the great artist in RL? She created this outfit from a painting and drawing she did in RL and transformed into SL dress. "Joy" dress is almost like a mermaid dress with vibrant colored fish design at the front and the back of the dress and anemone skirt bottom swims as you walk.  Accented with light and flowey seaweeds down the side.
